Are you still uncertain which level of English proficiency you could possibly achieve? Do you want to be perfectly prepared and reach the highest possible level based on your existing English skills? Do you want to practice and train some exercises similar to the tasks of the actual exam? During the session, you have the opportunity to ask CaptainPilot training packages or questions that are important to you in operational terms and that you would like to receive answers to. You can measure the development of your knowledge and education by working as a team with our teachers who have gained experience by working in the sector for years. Cancellation Policy
CaptainPilot Private Session Appointment Policy ; At CaptainPilot, we value your time and commitment to improving your Aviation English skills. To ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process, please review our appointment policies below: Cancellation and Rescheduling; - To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. - Any cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will not be accepted, and the session will be considered completed. One-Time Rescheduling Right ; - Each customer is allowed to reschedule their session only once. - After the first rescheduling, any further requests for changes, postponements, or rescheduling will not be permitted, and the session will be considered completed. - Rescheduled sessions will be arranged according to the availability of CaptainPilot instructors. Customers must accept the new date and time determined by CaptainPilot. Otherwise, the session will be considered completed. No-Show Policy ; - If a participant does not attend the scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be marked as completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided. Session Start Time ; - Sessions will start at the scheduled time. - If a participant joins late, the session will continue for the remaining time only. No extra time will be added. Instructor Delays ; - In the rare case of an instructor delay or unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will ensure that the session is rescheduled at no extra cost to the participant. Non-Refundable Policy ; - All private session purchases are non-refundable. - Rescheduling is allowed within the stated policy, but refunds will not be issued for unused or missed sessions. By booking a private session with CaptainPilot, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to helping you achieve your Aviation English goals.
